UCSD Police Department
The University of California and the UCSD campus make every effort to provide a safe environment for faculty, staff, and students. This page details several ways the UCSD Police Department works to prevent and report campus crimes.

Counseling and Psychological Services
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides individual, couples, group, and family psychotherapy to registered undergraduate, graduate, and medical students at UCSD. Students may seek counseling for a wide variety of reasons.

Faculty/Staff Assistance Program
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program is a confidential service designed to help all university employees and their immediate family members resolve concerns that may be affecting personal well-being and/ or job performance.

Sexual Assault and Violence Prevention Resource Center
Awareness of the facts is the key to prevention. SARC offers workshops and educational materials to the students of UCSD. Individuals who have been victims of sexual assault can seek confidential assistance to identify available options and appropriate support services. SARC is also involved in campus personal safety issues.

Student Legal Services
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of legal services, including individual legal counseling, preventative education and program support for student organizations, which enables students to develop skills and knowledge that will empower them to avert or resolve personal legal challenges.

Employee Relations
Employee Relations is the division of Human Resources that serves as the first point of contact for employees, supervisors, or managers who have questions or want assistance related to conflict in the workplace, policy interpretation, referrals, and consultation on a wide range of matters related to work.

Office of Graduate Studies
The Office of Graduate Studies provides a wide range of services to prospective and existing UCSD graduate students and campus departments on all graduate education matters.

The Women's Center
The Women's Center at UCSD provides education and support on gender issues affecting UCSD students, faculty, staff, and the community. The Center aims to advance women's intellectual, professional, and personal goals, and to increase awareness of the issues affecting women and men of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Resource Center (LGBTRC)
The LGBT Resource Center at UCSD is a diverse, open and public space for all members of the University community to explore issues relating to sexual and gender identities, practices and politics. It develops student leadership, builds workplace equity, promotes academic research, and provides resources. The center challenges existing definitions of variant genders and sexualities by engaging in community building on- and off-campus. This center sustains and develops visibility, sense of community, and knowledge of diverse queer people.

UCSD Whistleblower Hotline (877)319-0265
The Hotline was developed to take calls from faculty, staff and students on an anonymous basis regarding possible fraud, such as misuse of assets, potential false billings, conflict of interest or other compliance issues. An independent service reviews Hotline calls and relays concerns to the University for further review and action. Trained personnel staff the Hotline seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Annual Reports

OSHPP is committed to educating the entire UCSD community about sexual harassment and gender discrimination. The Annual Reports provide information on the matters reported to OSHPP during the indicated fiscal year. They are designed to inform the University community about the character and extent of some of the work performed by OSHPP. Our goal is to be as informative as possible while protecting the confidentiality of individual parties. Thus, the information is presented in general terms to prevent identification of individuals, either complainants or respondents. Please note that written records of all complaints are kept in accordance with state and federal guidelines which guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of these records. OSHPP has taken several steps to safeguard the integrity of this data and to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information maintained by our office.
