Sexual Assault Policy

In  Winter of 2008, Vice Chancellor-Student Affairs Penny Rue convened a work group comprised of students and staff to review and propose revisions to the University’s policy and procedures when a UC San Diego Student is the victim of a sexual assault.  After input from the UC San Diego community the policy has now been finalized.
